1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are confirmed upon full payment.
- By booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
- Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
- Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by Afterlife & Spooky Events.
- In the unlikely event of cancellation, you will be contacted promptly and offered a full refund or transfer to another event.
3. Age Restrictions
- All events are strictly 18+.
- Proof of age may be required upon entry.
4. Alcohol & Substance Policy
- Zero alcohol policy: No alcohol or illegal substances are permitted at any event.
- Anyone under the influence will be refused entry without refund.
5. Behaviour & Safety
- Participants must follow all instructions from event staff for safety reasons.
- Disruptive or unsafe behaviour will result in removal from the event without refund.
6. Liability
- Afterlife & Spooky Events accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during events, except where caused by our negligence.
- Participation is at your own risk.
7. Photography & Media
- Events may NOT be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
- By attending, you consent to your image being used unless you notify us in writing beforehand.
